Our installation price covers the boiler, a standard flue, controls, a magnetic filter, cleaning chemicals and materials, labour, removal and disposal of your old boiler, commissioning and benchmark registration. Travel within our coverage area is included in the overall quote — there is no separate travel charge for installations.
The exact model and a suitable output are confirmed by your engineer after reviewing your photos and the installation. Output is not selected from radiator count alone; it depends on your property's heat loss, hot water demand and pipework.

Guide prices for a straightforward combi swap
The ranges below are indicative for a straightforward same-location combi-to-combi replacement. Your fixed quote is confirmed after a short survey — we will not invent a price for an installation we have not seen.

When a standard range does not apply
Relocation, converting from a system or regular boiler to a combi, unusual flue runs, major pipework changes or substantial building work are not covered by the standard range. These need a tailored quotation, confirmed after a survey. We will always tell you before any extra work begins.
