Boiler Servicing in Glasgow

An annual boiler service keeps your boiler safe, efficient and under warranty. Our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out a full service following the manufacturer's schedule. Our servicing visit is a combined offer: a boiler service and landlord gas safety certificate completed in one visit for £89 — £89 includes one boiler service and the landlord gas safety certificate covering that boiler. Additional gas hobs or fires checked are £15 per appliance. No VAT is charged.

What is included in a boiler service

A proper boiler service is not a five-minute visual check. Our engineers follow the manufacturer's service schedule: inspecting and cleaning the burner, heat exchanger and flue, checking combustion and gas pressure, testing safety devices, and confirming the boiler is operating safely and efficiently.

After the service you receive a service record for your boiler logbook. If you have a manufacturer warranty, the service keeps it valid.

  • Full inspection of burner, heat exchanger and flue
  • Combustion analysis and gas pressure check
  • Safety device testing (overheat, flame failure, pressure relief)
  • System pressure and expansion vessel check
  • Service record for your logbook and warranty
  • No VAT charged

Combined service and landlord certificate for £89

Our servicing visit is one combined package, not two separately chargeable items. £89 includes one boiler service and the landlord gas safety certificate covering that boiler, both completed in a single visit. Additional gas hobs or fires checked during the same visit are £15 per appliance. No VAT is charged.

If you only need a service without a landlord certificate, select that option in the estimate tool — the service-only rate is confirmed separately until it is approved. There is no need to book a service and a certificate as two visits.

Why annual servicing matters

Carbon monoxide is silent and odourless. A yearly service by a Gas Safe engineer is the most reliable way to catch problems before they become dangerous. It also keeps your boiler running efficiently — saving on gas bills — and maintains your manufacturer warranty, which typically requires an annual service.

Who this is suitable for

Homeowners and landlords in Glasgow and nearby areas with any gas boiler. Landlords who need both a service and a CP12 certificate have both completed in one visit under the combined £89 package.
